The collar bears the following marks, "2D WMF" makers mark utilized between1935-1945 and NS (nickel-silver) mark indicating it was designated for export to the US or UK. From a Long Island, NY estate. Dimensions: decanter measures 9.50" high including stopper. Condition: Good, with light surface scratches and minor dings/dents. Flea bites to exterior of the decanter as well as the stopper.

Large signed WMF silverplate jardiniere figural centerpiece with central standing robed female figure, most surely Amphitrite, standing beside a large anchor and carrying a ship. Stamped, "WMF BM I/O OX" signifying base metals as Brittania metal and brass, a normal thickness of silver deposited on the surface of the base metal, and a darkening of the silver surface to a grey color. From an E 66th St, Manhattan estate. Dimensions: centerpiece measures approx. 29.5" w x 9.375" d x 24 h. Condition: Wear to finish consistent with age and use.
