A mahogany tubular bell chiming clock having an arch pediment supported by fully turned columns flanking the beveled glass door housing the conforming scrolling foliate pierced brass dial with painted moon phase in arch, chime/silent and seconds bit with silvered dial and Arabic numerals, signed "SHREVE, CRUMP & LOW CO/BOSTON" above the numeral "6". Regulated by a brass-faced pendulum, and three brass-cased weights. Raised on a plinth base with four bun feet. Approximate height 92.5", width 25.25", depth 16.25".
