Barclay Belgian laminated steel, choke bored, machine made SxS double barrel hammer shot gun and a Sussex Pieper breech, Damascus finish SxS double barrel hammer shot gun. Dimensions: R. Barclay shotgun barrel measures approx. 18.4mm in diameter and the barrel measures approx. 30" in length. Sussex shotgun barrel measures approx. 18.25 in diameter and the barrel measures approx. 26 1/2" in length. Condition: R. Barclay shotgun exhibits a functioning action, crack to butt of stock losses to forearm, surface scratches corrosion and dings/dents. Sussex shot exhibits a non functioning action, right hammer missing losses to stock and forearm,corrosion, dent to right barrel tip, front sight missing and dings/dents.

Condition: opens, cocks and fires fine. Pins are weak and need attention. Minor rust to barrel. Overall length, 44.25". Circa 1890. Provenance: Family heirloom from local estate.
