TWO CONTINENTAL COMMEMORATIVE MILITARY COVERED SILVER PLATE POKALS, LATE 19TH/EARLY 20TH CENTURY Two Continental commemorative military covered silver plate pokals, late 19th/early 20th century, the first, an engraved handled cup rising on a tree form standard cast with twin kneeling figures of guards facing opposing directions, the lid with a figure of a kneeling soldier, 14"h x 8"w; the second fashioned as a cannon rising on a naturalistic tree trunk base with spreading leafy branches, the lid surmounted by a figure of a soldier with sword, 19.5"h x 5.5"d of lid.
