Condition:
Older patina with traces of with some remnants of a gilded patina in crevices, the back of the older female's head has traces of modern white paint indicating contact with a painted surface.

The naturalistic base inscribed "HIP Moreau Lecourtier" and the plinth applied with inscribed label "Piqueur Au Relais, Salon des Beaux Arts."
