Signed by Thomas Jefferson (President 1801-1809) and James Madison (Secretary of State 1801-1809 President 1809-1817). For Daniel Bowser and John Waggoner for a section of land along the Great Miami River registered at the Cincinnati land office. Condition: Crack through the wax and paper seal that has been nonprofessionally taped. Surface soil along short sides. Presently in modern unfinished wood frame not removed for examination.
