PAIR VICTORIAN STYLE CAST IRON GARDEN CHAIRS Pair of cast iron garden chairs in the manner of Kramer Brothers Foundry Company (American 1893/1895-2004) or James, Beebe and Company (American active mid-19th century) in the Victorian Gothic/Rococo Revival taste, each having a serpentine crest, multiple arch back, scrolled arms, pierced seat, and rising on front cabriole legs, having no apparent marks. Note: These chairs match a settee in the collection of the White House purchased during the presidency of Millard Fillmore, circa 1862. An alternative pattern name for this settee is the "Rose Garden Bench". Approximate measurements: h. 35?, w. 27?, d. 20?; seat h. 17?.

CAST IRON SETTEE & 2 SIMILAR CHAIRS Three piece Rococo Revival cast iron garden seating set comprising, a Kramer Brothers Foundry Company (American 1893/1895-2004), Victorian "Gothic" settee circa 1880-1900, and two similar arm chairs by an unknown foundry, each having a serpentine crest, multiple arch back, scrolled arms, pierced seat, and rising on front cabriole legs, the settee marked to the seat, one chair with an indistinct mark to the underside of the seat, the other apparently unmarked. Note: This settee in this lot is identical to a bench in the collection of the White House purchased during the presidency of Millard Fillmore, circa 1862, and attributed to James, Beebe and Co. of New York. A Victorian cast iron bench 6ft 1in. Estimate ?800-1 200 Oval plaque in the centre is not original and above this on the scroll crest there is a patch of about 6 x 3 inches which has been damaged and has cast iron repair bars but these do not match the cross-hatching of the main seat panel old break also visible running from bottom of plaque down through middle of the seat to top of leg there are also repairs along this crack and some replaced bars of the cross-hatching largest approx 4 x 2 inches two other small repairs to the cross-hatching in the seat heavily rusted and green appearance to cast iron frame throughout condusive with being left in a garden otherwise appearance good.
