Albert Einstein, signed book TheAlbert Einstein, signed book The Meaning of Relativity (4th ed., Princeton, N.J., 1953) in dust jacket with some soiling and slight darkening of the spine, and with a small area of water stain at the base of the spine. Not price clipped. Signed and dated "A. Einstein '54" on the FFEP for the consignor's mother who stood in line to get it signed. There is a slightly darkened area on the TP and the facing page where a loose piece of paper was kept, and a similar area, probably from a bookmark, on the inside back cover. Includes a supplementary staple-bound pamphlet titled Supplement to Appendix II. The provenance runs through one family and is totally credible, although this is not a guarantee of authenticity.
