Interestingly, the global population of Pacific black brant can be found feeding on eel grass, their favorite food, at the Izembek National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska’s smallest national wildlife refuge. This stopover occurs every spring and fall when the Pacific brant migrate between the Arctic and Baja. This high-head decoy features an extreme design with sharp chines and a pointed tail.
