Period full brown tree calf, spine with red and green alternating labels, decorated in gilt. Generally internally clean, first volume with lower cover detached, joints tender and rubbed on all volumes, chips to head and tail of spine on most volumes, else an attractively-bound set.
Provenance: Blindstamp of Orange, New Jersey Public Library to title-page of each volume with deaccession stamp to verso; and several blindstamps to text leaves.
