Sigmund Krausz was made famous by his documentary photos released as "Street Types of Chicago" in 1892, the first publication of its kind. He also wrote "The Autocar Automobile Directory" and as record of his time overseas "Towards the Rising Sun, a Story of Travel & Adventure", published by Laird & Lee in Chicago, 1903.
