  SELB BAVARIAN GREEN AND GILT PORCELAIN PLATES, 12 Twelve Heinrich Selb Bavaria porcelain dinner/cabinet plates, probably part of a buffet service, the rims gilt decorated on a green ground, the centers containing four sets of three different hand-painted scenes (possibly later painted) in the KPM Berlin manner of classical maidens/muses in landscapes, reverse marked "Royal Bavarian Hutschenreuther / Selb Bavaria" under a later gilt mark "Karlsbad / Made in Czechoslovakia", also with beehive mark for Vienna porcelain. 10.75" diameter. Raynaud, blue printed mark (3 1/4 x 9 1/2 in.); a pair of dessert plates hand-painted with floral clusters, late 19th century probably French (9 1/4 in.) (a few faint cutlery marks).
