  Antique 19th Century Cotton Day Dress with Lace is a subtle flesh pink, beige, and natural print, arranged vertically. The bodice is smocked with a layer of bobbin lace that creates a high neck, and drapes on the shoulders. The sleeves are also smocked, as is the skirt in several layers. More lace embellishes the skirt from the hips down the front. The hemline has wonderful ruching and ruffle. The back features a train. It closes in the back with hook and eyes. It measures laying flat 17 bust, 14 waste, 19 hips, 18 arms. It is in good condition with overall fading, some broken lace areas, and missing hook and eyes at the neck.
