Three Japanese Cloisonné Enamel Vases Meiji Period (1868-1912) The first, compressed bulbous-form enameled with birds, a flowering cherry blossom and bamboo on navy blue ground; the second, ovoid-form enameled with white herons amidst flowering branches on black ground; and the third, ovoid-form enameled with a sinuous dragon on navy ground.
