CONDITION
The eletrified sculpture appears in good orginial condition. Scattered patina and overall light surface dust visible to the creases and folds of the sculpted fabric. Rubbing visible to the naked eye, most notably to the foundry mark. Is it working condition as a lamp. With no significant issues to report otherwise.

Designed for the Paris World Fair 1900, sitter is depicted in downward motion, stepping forward with right leg, with both hands raised, cascading veil upward, enclosing two electrified bulbs in a lateral figure eight, and with skirt draping downward with a forward flow. An area of linear abrasion with gilding loss near fold in front drape and a scattered rectangular area near lower folds of reverse; minor pitting in recessed spaces; a few fleabite indentations along outer edges; minor handling wear with losses in patina near centers of mass; accumulated dirt, dust, debris, and residue particularly to the recesses.
