Hanpainted on glass along the lower bottom, in working condition. CIRCA: Late 19th to Early 20th Cent. ORIGIN: USA DIMENSIONS: H: 26" W: 8.25" CONDITION: Great condition. CONDITION: Some loss of paint at face, slightly bent left side rail, currently not working, overwound.
