A MAGNIFICENT & RARE M HARRIS MDINAA MAGNIFICENT & RARE M HARRIS MDINA ART GLASS VASEMichael Harris may truly be described as England's premier art glass designer. Born in 1933 in Derbyshire, he was a student at London's Royal College of Art and he founded Mdina Glass in Malta in 1968. His Azurenerange won a Design Council Award in 1978, resulting in a waiting list of two years for his glassware! Michael sadly passed away in 1994, leaving his wife Elizabeth and sons Tim and Jonathan to continue hisconsiderable legacy. Measures about 10" high, signed to base.
