A PAIR OF VERY FINE CHINESE PITH PAINTINGS 19th century, ink and colors on pith paper, very finely painted depictions two high ranking imperial nobles in jeweled colors seated in well carved chairs dressed in ornate detail with vibrant emerald jade standing screens behind them, hers with a phoenix and his with a dragon, lush carpet beneath, both with attendants also dressed in royal splendor, professionally framed with mats under glass.
