Slight separation of bottom panel of wood from case. Scuffs, scratches and wear to wood throughout case of clock. Chip to wood on back right edge of case. Tears, splitting, and stiffening to electric plug and cord of clock. Longest chime is separate from original cord which is frayed. Wear to fabric of removable panels. An additional clock face, along with pins and hardware from clock mechanics, are included.

GEORGE III STERLING SILVER CHILD'S TANKARD, 1789 George III sterling silver child's tankard, with hallmarks of Peter and Jonathan Bateman, London, 1789, to rim, and of barrel form with shaped handle, the underside engraved in copperplate script: "William Trotter / the Gift of my / Grandmother / 1810", together with a diminutive two-handled sterling silver cup, apparently unmarked, but with engraved monogram "RD" to underside. 2.75" H x 3.25" W x 2.5" D; weight: 2.92 ozt. AMISH / MENNONITE RAG DOLLMade using scraps of material that were on hand the day of making. The dress was probably the child’s dress which she had outgrown. The shawl, remnants of the mother’s or grandmother’s shawl. The face did not originally have features due to lack of vanity in the Amish community. The child would often draw these features later with little reprimand from mother. Of museum quality, this rag doll came from the Amish/Mennonite communities of Eastern Ontario, late 19th Century.
