The first American edition and translation of Martyrs Mirror was commissioned by the Franconia Mennonite Conference, turning to the Ephrata Cloister to translate into German and print. The process took fifteen men working three years and the finished books were more than 1,500 pages long, bound in calf over wood boards, and weighed ten pounds. Exhibited at Ephrata Cloister, 2012.
