The company announced her arrival in a full-page advert in 1927 in The Pottery Gazette. Burgess & Leigh had not made tube-lined pieces before Rhead joined the firm, but by March 1927 she had produced around fourteen new designs. Rhead's patterns were all numbered and a list of these designs remains in print.
