FIVE GERMAN MILITARY POTTERY & PEWTER BEER STEINS Five hand painted German commemorative military beer steins, late 19th and early 20th, having porcelain bodies and figural pewter lids and thumb pulls including mounted soldiers, an eagle, a lion, and foot soldiers, comprising an 1886-1889 regimental stein, a 1902-1904 122nd Regiment stein, a 1910 First Airship Battalion stein decorated with an Zepplin and an early airplane, a 1906-1908 2nd Field artillery, and a 1911-1913 17th Reserve Infantry Regiment, all with lithophane bottoms, two retaining the blue and white Kunsthaus Schrieber-Forster Bad Kreuznach label, but apparently unmarked.Approximate dimensions: h. 9"-12"
