The underside signed with designer and maker's signature for Johannes Van Duijn, working 1764-1773. Minor frits to rim. Measuring 2.25" high x 13.7/8" diameter.

FRENCH FAIENCE CHARGERFrance probably Nevers circa 1770, the tin glazed body with a welled centre decorated with hand-painted enamels depicting a songbird perched upon a flowering branch within a garden gate, rising to a lip with fruiting vines & yellow wavy panels, frits, losses to glaze, cracked. Measuring 1.75" high x 13.75" diameter.

WORCESTER PORCELAIN TEAPOTEngland circa 1770, the globular shaped body with lobed panels decorated with cobalt sprays of flowerheads & foliage, the entwined organic inspired handle, spout and lid decorated with gilt accents, the lid with early staple conservation, the underside sowing blue underglaze oriental type mark, measuring 5.5" high x 7.75" wide from spout to handle. The decoration is very much in the manner of works by Worcester porcelain artist James Giles, working at Worcester 1771-1774.
